Effective communication is vital to our operations. Our drivers and dispatch teams are in constant contact to ensure smooth coordination throughout each journey. This continuous communication helps us maintain a punctual, safe, and reliable service. Our AI cameras allow two-way communication with drivers outside of monitoring the safe passage of the vehicle.
Proactive Service Monitoring
The control hub exists to monitor the operation and ensure trips are executed timeously, this does allow any challenges encountered on the road to be communicated before an issue arise to allow sufficient time to effect an alternative route or redirect the operation so as to minimise disruption.
